Restaurant guide

As many of you are probably unaware, i have owned this building and invested 6 years of my life to make this business a reality. I have faced many obsticals and worked extremely hard to create Fattie McGee's from the ground up. However, Owning a restaraunt is only one aspect of my life. I also have a family and over the last year and a half of operating this restuarant, i have had to sacrifice too much time away from my daughter. I have missed too many soccer games. Too many chorus concerts. To many dinners at home, where i want to be. I have struggled to create a schedule that will allow me to do both and i have reached the decision to close Fattie McGee's and sell it to someone that can devote more time than i can at this point in my life. I genuinely appreciate each and every person that has ever supported me and made this all work. The sucess of Fattie McGee's is beyond anything i could have imagined and as one humble, family man, i just cannot devote the amount of time needed to continue. So, i will be persuing other ventures in life and passing the torch to someone else with hopes to see Fatties remain a local name for a long time. Again, Thank you all so very much. Top o the mornin, folks!!! We are back in action after a brief break and ready to rock! We temporarily closed to make some changes to our menu and to perform some maintainence on our building. But, we are back and very excited about some of the changes we've made. We have added a few items to accomodate the requests of our awesome patrons over the past several months. As you may have heard, today is The Annual Farmington Summer Fest. So, we've decided to close early and come join you all in the festivities. Good morning to all you Burger lovin, beautiful people. After much debate we have decided to change our current hours of operation. Most of you know and understand that we are a small, independent, family owned business. Most of you also know that to create something like Fattie McGee's takes a lot of time, money and sacrifice. In order for a place like this to function at its best, we try to be here as much as possible to personally prepare your food and personally handle customer service to ensure quality control and to keep our staff small in hopes of keeping our food prices as low as we can for you. Fatties has done tremendously well all with thanks to every one of you amazing people. Im very proud of what I've built and hope to see it continue and grow for a long time. To give you the best possible version of Fattie McGee's and to make more time for our family we have decided to change our hours as follows: Thurs - Sat: 10am - 9pm Sun - Wed: Closed We will now be open on Thurs, Fri & Sat from 10am till 9pm. This will allow us to keep up with our handmade items better and keep a better stock of the items that we constantly sell out of. It will also allow us more time to maintain our kitchen and dining room to keep it as clean as we can and will make it so we can personally be here to oversee all orders and to give you guys the best food possible. We have also decided to add the service of Downtown Delivery..... Yes. Our burgers right to your front door. We are finalizing our online menu and combing over the last few details and we will be ready to rock this week. If you haven't, check out Downtown Delivery on Facebook. Update: unfortunately, our exhaust system is having issues and it's time for a new one. We currently have contractors in the process of getting us a brand new system. But, we unfortunately cannot operate until it is up and running again. So, we will most likely be closed for the next couple/few days while it is being replaced. However we fully plan on taking advantage of this and will be making other changes/improvements as well while we are closed. We apologize for the inconvenience... trust us. It's sucks for us too. But, such is life and we will make the best out of our downtime to make Fatties even better than ever!.... oh yeah, and we will also be offering Downtown Delivery when we reopen! That's right. The time has come. Downtown Delivery & The Fattest of McGees together in perfect food service harmony, bringing deliciousness to your front door. It's a real thing and it's happening. Top o the mornin, folks! First, the bad: We will unfortunately be closed today to finish a few projects, cleaning, reorganizing, food prep and to update/revamp our POS system. We will reopen tomorrow for our normal schedule. Now the good: We are bringing back our Fried Ravioli by popular demand and somewhere in our schedule today we also have a meeting with a certain company named Downtown Delivery in hopes of joining forces to make Fattie McGees just a phone call away....
